Bernard Gourley
Program Manager - Sam Nunn Security Program
Bernard Gourley is the Project Manager of the Sam Nunn Security Program, a project that facilitates education and research on issues at the nexus of science, technology, and international security. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Indiana University, and Master’s degrees in International Affairs and Economics from Georgia Tech and Georgia State University respectively. He writes on issues of strategy, energy security, non-proliferation, and economics, and runs a blog entitled Strategic Thinking.
